About Neural Organisation Technique
What is Neural Organisation Technique?
Created by Dr. Carl Ferreri, Neural Organisation Technique first became famous for the treatment of dyslexia and is now known for the treatment of Idiopathic Scoliosis, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other similar conditions.
Neural Organisation Technique is a specialised kinesiology that is designed to address the whole of the person on a structural, emotional and biochemical level. It is a specialised manual therapy that uses acupressure, reactive muscle testing and co-ordinated breathing in order to detect and address the disorganisation within these four systems. All the protocols are performed by hand and no drugs or foreign substances are used. Once conditions have been stabilised and corrections made, further treatments are only occasionally necessary. This is an exceptionally successful way to maintain good health. Only major head injury, severe viral infection or further trauma will disrupt the organisation of the body again.
Our body is designed to live in a hostile environment. With the exception of air, water and food, everything that the body requires can be found within itself. It is self-protecting, self-healing, self-perpetuating and self-regulating. We refer to the mechanisms that maintain it as the four primal survival systems: Fight/Flight, Immune, Reproduction and Feeding.
These systems are neurologically co-ordinated and should turn on and off one at a time. When one or more of these systems fails to work, or becomes stuck in mid-function, we experience ill health. Physical or emotional trauma and poor diet can disrupt these automatic functions. Neural Organisation Technique re-establishes the individual integration and organisation of these systems and the integrity and organisation between them. This stimulates the body's own natural healing process leading to optimum health.
